Gobelet pruning requires us to work almost exclusively by hand throughout the seasons.
This cultivation method is perfectly suited to our terroir of beautiful ochre clays and the Karstic plateau of the Corbières.
We are certified organic and enjoy practicing biodynamics.
Our yields are very low, enabling us to harvest fully ripe fruit from well-adapted native grape varieties: Lledoner Pelut, Macabeu, Malvoisie and Grenache blanc.
My commitment is to manual harvesting, low yields, few or no inputs and gentle vinification that best respects the quality of the grapes.
Our cellar in an old farmhouse (Mas Joliette) enables us to produce the wine we like to drink:
hand-crafted, pampered and unadulterated.
