All our vines are grown using organic methods and are Eco cert certified.
We practice biodynamic viticulture as part of the "Association Biodynamique Roussillonnaise". The lunar and cosmic cycles give rhythm to our calendar.
A favorable moon will dictate our bottling date. A planetary node will forbid us to work in the vineyard.
A full moon in spring is ideal for a winegrower's party!
In the end, every year we reduce our consumption of organic treatment products, using plants, biodynamic preparations and traditional practices.
