Our wines

My commitment is to manual harvesting, low yields, few or no inputs and gentle vinification that best respects the quality of the grapes.
Our cellar in an old farmhouse, Mas Joliette, enables us to produce the wine we like to drink: handcrafted, pampered and free from junk.
Each wine represents 800 to 3000 skittles, bottled with friends and family.
