Creating a domain from scratch is quite an adventure. Every good adventure needs companions. Family, friends and neighbors all contributed in their own way. Then, as the vintages progressed, customers put their trust in us and helped us with their relays.

A lifelong wine enthusiast, Carlos now has 30 years' experience in the world of wine. He has worked in sommellerie, marketing and international sales. In 2010, he came across Alban Michel's natural wines and gave a new lease of life to his passion for wine.

In 2016, in the depths of his personal cellar, he vinified a few barrels with beautiful grapes and no chemicals. In 2019, he creates the estate on 5 hectares of vines. Over the next few vintages, he explores a range of different cultural and natural winemaking practices.

From 2022 onwards, the estate's wines will be made without any inputs, biodynamically and certified organic. We give all our attention, energy and love to our old vines for a few grapes that we vinify by hand, producing artisanal, living wines.
